Under coach supervision, perform layout half twists on the trampoline, starting the twist after the set. 10 reps.

Cues: Set first · Late arm initiation · Stay straight

  3. Layout 3/4 and Full Twist on Trampoline

Progress to 3/4 twists and then full twists on the trampoline. 8 reps of 3/4, 5 reps of full.

Cues: Wrap tight · Squeeze legs · Find the landing

  4. Floor Layout Half Twist with Spot

On the floor, perform roundoff back handspring layout half twist with a coach spotting.

Cues: Strong rebound · Late twist · Land with chest up
