How do I create or delete my account?
You can sign up at stickd.app/signup using your email, Google account, or Apple ID. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings in the app and select “Delete Account,” or email us at support@stickd.app with a deletion request. We will process it within 30 days.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link. If you signed up with Google or Apple, you don't have a Stickd password — just use your provider to sign in.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed through the iOS app, manage your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, go to your account settings at stickd.app/settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access until then.
Can I get a refund?
For iOS in-app purchases, refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple. For web subscriptions, contact us at support@stickd.app and we'll review your request.
My video upload failed. What should I do?
Make sure your video is under 100 MB and in a supported format (MP4, MOV, or WebM). Check that you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, try recording a shorter clip or uploading over Wi-Fi. Contact us if the issue continues.
What kind of videos work best?
For the best analysis results, record the full routine from a stationary position with a clear view of the gymnast. Side angles work well for most apparatus. Avoid zooming in and out during recording. Good lighting and minimal background movement help our AI produce more accurate results.
How accurate is the AI scoring?
Our AI analysis is designed as a training and educational tool. While we strive for accuracy based on FIG and USAG Code of Points rules, scores are estimates and may differ from official competition results. The AI improves over time, and we continuously update our models. Use the results as a guide for training, not as official scores.
How do I request deletion of my data?
You can delete individual routines and analyses from within the app. To request full account deletion including all videos, pose data, and analysis results, email privacy@stickd.app. We process deletion requests within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We comply with COPPA and take children's privacy seriously. Accounts for children under 13 must be managed by a parent or guardian. All video and pose data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell personal data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
